At The Killer Kidz, customer satisfaction is our priority.

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple refund process:
 

1. Digital Products: Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase. Proof of purchase required.
    

2. Physical Products: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Items must be returned in original condition. Return shipping is at the customer's expense.
    

3. Event Tickets: Refunds are available up to 48 hours before the event start time.
