These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site, provided by The Killer Kidz (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Site.

2.2 Restrictions: You may not (a) modify, copy, distribute, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Site; (b) decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Site; (c) use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" utilizing our name or trademarks without our express written consent.

3. User Content
3.1 Responsibility: You are responsible for the content that you post on or through the Site, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.
 
3.2 Rights Granted by You: By posting content on or through the Site, you grant us the right and license to use, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such content on and through the Site. 6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Site.
